Bloodless and Boneless is a collection of drawing, sculpture, and textile works that explore notions of excess, the supernatural and the body through fanciful and surreal imagery and objects. The exhibition title is a phrase taken from a 15th Century poem for children which describes the imperceptible qualities of a ghost. The title not only reflects the exhibition’s themes of the natural world and body-awareness, but also the literal, malleable softness of textiles.
